This policy explains what information KNR Constructions (“KNR”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use knrconstructions.com or send us a request for an estimate, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information you give us

When you request an estimate, contact us or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• your name, email address, phone number and company name;
• your role, the trades or scope you want priced, bid dates and the message you write;
• drawings, specifications, photos and other files you upload or email to us, and links to plan rooms.

Please do not send information we do not need, such as payment card numbers or personal identification numbers, through the website forms.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and where people leave. These tools use cookies or similar technologies. We also record the page you sent a form from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which pages help visitors.

3. How we use information

• to review your documents, prepare a quote and deliver the estimate or other services you request;
• to contact you about your request by email or phone;
• to keep records of requests and projects for accounting and quality control;
• to operate, secure and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your drawings for any purpose other than your project.

4. Your drawings and project files

Files you upload are stored in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible. Download links shared with our team expire after a short period. Your drawings and specifications are used only by the people preparing your estimate. If your project requires a confidentiality agreement, ask us before you send the documents.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that work:

• website hosting and delivery (Vercel);
• database and private file storage (Supabase);
• email delivery for request notifications (Resend);
• website analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), where enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can ask us not to contact you again at any time.

7. How long we keep information

We keep request details and project files for as long as needed to provide the service, answer follow-up questions on the estimate and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your files and request details earlier, unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), private file storage and restricted access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending information that is more sensitive than your project needs.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact contact@knrconstructions.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to confirm your identity first.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Links to other websites

Our pages may link to other websites, such as government data sources or software vendors. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
